If You're Wondering Why?…
Must you have a cup of coffee or else your day will be a bad day?
If so, that is a sign that you LOVE coffee.
Also, your love of coffee could be an addiction to coffee.
And if that is the case…
If you are wondering why you have trouble focusing, or why you feel so irritable, or why you have put on unwanted pounds, it could be that caffeine that you love so much.
Say it Isn't So!!
I love having my morning cup of coffee, or two. In fact, I NEED my morning cup of coffee. My whole day does not feel right without that hit of caffeine.
But, is that caffeine hit right for me?
I had read about the benefits of coffee, therefore I believed I was in the clear.
But then something started happening. I started craving foods I had grown to no longer crave. That included bread, candy, and chips.
That is not all that I noticed.
My sleep was off too. Rarely did I sleep comfortably through the night. I suffered through night sweats or long stretches without sleep.
After doing some digging, I found that the coffee I loved so much was likely the cause of my sleep issues. More importantly, the morning caffeine fix was likely attributing to unwanted pounds!!
Say it isn't so!!
So What's the Bad News about Caffeine?
What I found was too much caffeine could be bad for your health. Therefore, those benefits shared previously could be jeopardized.
