Your Cooking Dilemma
In order to help you lose weight or maintain your current weight, you want to cook meals that are both tasty and healthy. There's a problem, however. You deplore cooking. To you (me), it takes too long.
Or maybe you love to cook (I don't). Your issue is you do not have time to cook. Whether you love to cook, or not, you would hire a personal chef and call it a day.
Alas, you do not have a personal chef and eating out all the time can get to be expensive. Trust me, I know. What, then, do you cook that has all of the components of tasty, healthy and quick?
Cook Your Tasty, Healthy, but Quick Meal
As my oldest nephew says when he is trying to come to my house rather than go home, “I have a solution.”
In this video, I, the person who deplores cooking, walks you through what I prepare as a tasty, healthy, and most importantly, quick meal. Yes, for you I am taking time out to cook.
The reason being is because from preparation to the plate, this meal idea takes less than 10 minutes. Bonus!
Less than 10 minutes is my ideal meal. And it is healthy too. That is an extra bonus.
Not only that, this meal idea is a great way to dress up leftovers. That is a super bonus!
