• From your desktop, right click the image to save to your computer
• From your smartphone or tablet, hold and save the image to your device
• If you selected an image from the Photo Images section, add your photo to the image using your favorite online editing tool like a canva.com or from your favorite device app
• Share your image on one or more social media sites with the corresponding link above the image, your words inviting friends and family to join the challenge along with the hashtag #getmovingchallenge
