Inspired to Change
On most websites this page would be called a Testimonial Page.
On can. will. DONE! it is called Transformation Stories. You see, the focus of can. will. DONE! is to help people change their minds and change their lives by living with a can-do attitude. What you will read on this page is what followers of can. will. DONE! are doing to do exactly that.
Some people are losing weight. Some are taking better care of themselves. Some are starting to live with an open mind. Some are inspired to think differently. And some are doing a little of all of this.
Let their stories be an inspiration to you to help you live your change.
I believe you can, you will, get it DONE too!
What Living a Can-Do Attitude Looks Like
I've been following Pam on the canwillDONE Facebook page for about a year now. I love Pam's sense of humor - her insights really get me laughing and thinking and smiling. I was (and am) so inspired by Pam's weight loss and the way she took control of her life. A year ago, I would read her posts and think, "Oh, that's nice. Pam lost weight and now she's happy about it." But, I never really related her experience to myself.
Of course Pam isn't standing right next to me. I lived in Texas a year ago and am now living in North Idaho. But, I feel like Pam's joy kept chipping away at me in a good way. I was in denial about my physical and mental state of being. Finally, after witnessing how excited Pam was about losing weight and taking control of her life, I decided to do the same last May (7 months ago). I finally made the decision to eat right, exercise, and move out of a situation that was holding me back.
Since May, I have lost 40 pounds, but have gained excellent blood pressure, self-confidence, and a yes-I-can attitude. Even as a teenager, I had terrible blood pressure issues. Now, I am always at the 120/80 mark (I get my blood pressure checked when I donate blood weekly)! I still have more weight to lose, but I had not been under 200 pounds for at least 5 years.
Thank you, Pam, for motivating me to work out when I don't feel like it, to stay food-sane even through the holidays, and making me smile. I'm so happy for you and I'm so grateful to share my story with everyone today!

CanWillDone is positive motivation. My enthusiasm churns all the more when I connect with this blog. For me, it speaks loudly to my inner man to stir encouragement. Whether I need to better my self image physically or emotionally, Ms. Burke reaches me where I am. I always walk away feeling better and inspired to do more and not give up every time I read or watch her videos. I'm always touched and feel like somebody else understands the struggle within. I LOVE IT! I CAN. I WILL. DONE!! Epic Cudos to CanWillDone....
